Grandimpianti was chosen to equip the entire dining area of EDIT TORINO, the new benchmark of excellence in the Turin gastronomic panorama.

Acronym for ‘Eat Drink Innovate Together’, EDIT is an innovative concept entirely dedicated to different types of catering. A multifunctional place – at the base of which there are the concepts of “sharing” and “innovation” – divided into 5 areas: from the bakery café to the brewery and the pub, from the cocktail bar to the restaurant with open kitchen.

Grandimpianti has been chosen to supply the equipment of the entire restaurant area of ​​EDIT TORINO, the new benchmark of excellence in the Turin gastronomic panorama. An impressive location made up of various gastronomic solutions spread over 2 floors and an area of ​​over 2400 square meters inside a large nineteenth-century building.
The ground floor of Edit is dedicated to conviviality and socialization. Modern and refined environments welcome a bakery café and ice-cream parlor (with a bakery and pastry shop equipped by Aroma by Naboo of Lainox), a brewery and a pub (whose counter, with its 25 meters of length, is said to be the most impressive in Italy).
On the first floor guests can enjoy the gastronomic excellence of the restaurant led by the starred chefs ‘Costardi Bros.’ (Christian & Manuel), or experiment in the kitchen thanks to some dedicated laboratories. Also on the first floor, there is also an elegant cocktail bar.

The restaurant offers a beautiful open kitchen to make the taste experience of the guests even stronger. The atelier kitchen, with its 22 seats, is one of the largest international chef tables. The kitchen consists of a cooking block with opposed equipment Ambach (series Chef 850) and completely exposed preparation. The block is equipped with double pasta cooker, induction plates, double frytop and two fryers. In the kitchen there is also a Lainox Naboo oven and a Hiber blast chiller. The washing area is equipped with a glasswasher and a hooded dishwasher with Comenda heat recovery unit.
On the same floor of the restaurant there is a large and fully equipped space, available to individuals and operators in the sector but also to those who simply want to have fun in the kitchen.
The space is divided into 4 laboratories (with four Mareno kitchens of the Star and High Performance series and Lainox ovens) and an elegant demonstration kitchen of the Silko Evolution line dedicated to show-cooking.
EDIT customers can therefore become protagonists of various culinary experiences and try in first person different professional kitchens.
