With Paradise City Casino, Ambach has set a new standard for hospitality in South Korea

Teamwork and attention to detail were fundamental to the success of the project.

When Paradise Group inaugurated Paradise City in April 2017, the new Incheon casino in South Korea, wanted to bring gambling and hospitality to the highest levels to attract new tourists.

The refined gastronomic offer includes the Italian-inspired Milanese restaurant La Scala, the Japanese restaurant Raku, a new location of the award-winning Cantonese restaurant Imperial Treasure, which in 2017 has won three Michelin stars in Shanghai and Singapore, and the exclusive buffet restaurant On The Plate serving international cuisine. The company chosen to equip the kitchens, bars and pantries of all the Paradise City premises, including the staff canteen, is the Korean Daeryung Co., Ltd.

From the beginning, project manager Hwang JungHoon and his assistant Jin Park were aware of the size and complexity of the company. “In terms of size, Paradise City Casino is the largest foodservice facility built to date in Korea. The high number of restaurants required a project designed in every detail to manage the service from kitchen to table in a simple and fast way, “says JungHoon.

To overcome the space problems in the back-of-the-house kitchens, Daeyrung chose the Ambach System 850 and System 700 lines.
